On November 15^th, 2018 in Morava conference hall of  the Austria Trend Hotel in Bratislava the Center of Energy Partnership conducted a presentation of its portfolio of consulting services for the business and government sectors of Slovakia.

The official presentation intended to mark the entry of the Center of Energy Partnership on the market of consulting services in Slovakia and other countries of the region, to present the concepts of the main lines of competitive services of the company and establish business contacts in the informal atmosphere of the solemn reception.

The event was attended by: Ievgen Volkovsky, analyst (The international consulting company MODEX); Oleksandr Sushchenko, research associate (Helmholtz-Centre for Environmental Research, Leipzig, Germany – Das Helmholtz-Zentrum für Umweltforschung, UFZ); prominent experts in the energy industry: Valentin Zemlyansky, energy markets expert, former PRO of Naftogaz of Ukraine and Dmitriy Marunich, vice-president of  “Energy Strategies Foundation” NGO; Kost Bondarenko, Head of “Ukrainian Politics Foundation”  NGO and other attendees.

The guests of the event were greeted by Oleh Hychka, the chief operating officer of the Center of Energy Partnership, Marian Meško, the Honorary Consul of Lithuania to Slovak Republic, and the representative of the partner company in Ukraine, Serhii Dronov, adviser to chairman of the management board of PJSC “KYIVOBLGAS”.

The chief operating officer briefed the attendees on the services, tasks and plans of the Center of Energy Partnership for the immediate future, as well as presented the first issue of the corporate magazine “Energy Partner” EP # 1/2018 and the  website  of  the Center of Energy Partnership www.cepconsult.com.

Marian Meško, the Honorary Consul of Lithuania to Slovak Republic, noted the prospects of growing interest of the business and government sectors of Slovakia in consulting services regarding energy project management, energy efficiency, non-financial risks in view of the completion of the period of financial assistance from the EU structural funds and financial institutions to Slovakia, and stressed that the moment of entering the local and regional consulting services market for the Center of Energy Partnership  is fortuitous.

Serhii Dronov, adviser to chairman of the management board of  PJSC “KYIVOBLGAS”, wished success to the Center of Energy Partnership team and expressed interest of the management of the energy company in further development of cooperation with the consulting agency. 

As a part of the agenda of the event, the Center of Energy Partnership experts presented its main services, in particular, the opportunities and prospects of examination of non-financial risks in the energy business, the access of market participants to green investments, key factors in ESG investing criteria for green bonds  pricing, risks and opportunities for cooperation in the European energy market in the context of the new EU legislation. 

Following the formal part and discussion, the participants of the event continued their conversation and acquaintance in informal atmosphere during the buffet at the Austria Trend Hotel reception hall.
